(Re)Connect With Yourself is a virtual 4 week program, where we do self-inquiry or self-exploration. During this time we discover and rediscover ourselves to get clarity about anything and everything.

In meditation we connect with ourselves to explore our inner world.

When we practice journaling, we communicate and declare our dreams, wishes, and desires.
