About Cynthia
MEET CYNTHIA REDHEAD!
Cynthia is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, mentor, and a lifetime student. Her two greatest passions are creating and teaching. Cynthia enjoys creating, designing, and crafting meditation and mindfulness classes, programs, talks, retreats, and experiences. Her deepest joy is to see her students and clients befriend all aspects of themselves to live a more present and compassionate life, one breath at a time.
Cynthia has been teaching, in person and online, since 2018. For Cynthia, teaching is not only sharing the practices and wisdom she has learned from her teachers, but also being at service to her students and clients to teach/mentor for her own experience. Cynthia supports her students and clients by teaching them how to reconnect to themselves through the power of their breath. Cynthia’s meditation classes may include Sound Healing, Kirtan, Mantra meditation, aromatherapy, crystals, journaling, and many other holistic healing modalities.
Cynthia studies and teaches from ancient traditions, such as Buddhism, Kundalini, and Bhakti Yoga. She has studied meditation and mindfulness around the world, and has obtained many meditation and mindfulness certifications. Cynthia was a proud scholarship recipient for the upcoming Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (2025) led by master teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
She also has a background in Program & Project Management and specializes in leading company-wide Human Resources initiatives from development to global deployment in the areas of People & Culture, Employee Experience and Organizational Wellbeing.
Cynthia is originally from Lima, Peru. She is a first-generation Latina immigrant to the US; however she is currently living in Madrid, Spain. She loves to travel around the world for work and play. Cynthia’s other passions are painting, watching the waves of the ocean, drinking coffee or matcha, and chasing sunrises.
