THE WHOLEHEARTED MEDITATION MEMBERSHIP
The Wholehearted Meditation Membership was founded in 2020 with the intention of creating an online space to gather in community to pause, sit, breathe, and just be!
The moment you create the time to ‘just be’, you allow yourself to go inwards, to check in with the emotions that are present for you, and plant the seeds to become your own best friend by cultivating awareness, presence, compassion, acceptance, gratitude, and so much more.
Each class has a different theme/topic where we explore different meditation styles, mindfulness, Buddhist teachings, and HOW to take these in our day to day life.
Studies show how meditation supports your wellbeing, nervous system regulation, immune system function, respiratory support, emotional intelligence, stress management, energy/mood support, and more.
The mission of the Wholehearted Meditation Membership is to inspire self care and wellbeing practices by having a consistent meditation practice.

TESTIMONIALS
I am kinder to myself
“I look forward to every Wednesday evening with Cynthia. I cannot state enough how her Weekly classes have become a respite from the crazy chaos during this time! I try to meditate regularly as a yoga practitioner and teacher, but it is hard. Cynthia gives amazing guidance and tools, but best of all, she does it with kindness, forgiveness, and an understanding of how hard meditating is. Her spirit shines, even over zoom (which isn’t easy). I am calmer, take deeper breaths, and, I think the biggest victory, kinder to MYSELF thanks to her. And while I certainly miss in person classes, I don’t miss the stress and traffic trying to get to them. It is nice to get home and just log on and tune in to whatever Cynthia is going present that day/week. I love it and and I love her classes 😍 🧘♀️.”

A theme for each of her classes
“Cynthia was able to teach me about meditation and introduce me to different styles, that I had a hard time learning on my own. In Cynthia's classes she taught me that meditation is not just about what happens in the mind, but of using the body too with breath, posture, chants, yoga stretches. She is so versatile in so many different techniques, but weaves them all together with a theme for each of her classes that the techniques have a purpose and part of the journey of the class. If you get a chance to hear her play the crystal singing bowls, it is a magical experience! ”

FAQs
Q: I am new to meditation, is this membership for me?
A: Yes! All classes are crafted to all levels of experience, from brand new beginners, to long-time meditators. I like to start each meditation with a short introduction to explain the practice, the intention, and sometimes share a story or experience.
Q: Do I need to have my camera on?
A: Not at all. I love seeing faces and expressions, but it is not necessary to have your camera on. Some of my students turn on their cameras at the beginning to say hello, and at the end to say goodbye. Love this! It provides connection and at the same time makes the hour yours.
Q: Where should I take my meditation class? And what should I bring?
A: Find a comfortable and quiet space at your home. You can take your class sitting on a meditation cushion, rolled thick blankets, supported by cushions/pillows. Also you can sit on a chair, your recliner, your choice! The most important thing is for you to feel comfortable.
At the end of each class, we practice Shavasana, where I will invite you to fully relax by laying down or resting your back against something for support.
If you like to journal, have a notebook close by. A cup of tea is also nice to have.
Q: I have been using apps to meditate, what is the difference?
A: Yay you! Your commitment to come back to your meditation practice deserves a virtual high-five! Livestream (or watching the recording) provides connection, like to another human (haha). There is power, intention, and beauty in having a weekly commitment to sit, breathe, and let yourself be guided. In each class we explore a different theme. We go deep, we get raw and real. It’s just powerful.
Q: Does my monthly membership automatically renew?
A: Yes. You can join the Meditation Membership at any time. Your month starts when you become a member.
Q: Can I cancel my membership at any time?
A: Yes. Follow these instructions, under How customers manage their subscriptions
Q: Can I join just one or a few classes?
A: Yes, visit my Calendar to sign up as a ‘Drop-In’
Q: I have additional questions. How can I contact you?
A: Let’s chat, click here to send me a message.
