Inviting all women who are willing and curious to go deep and wide.

Start with an opening ceremony using aromatherapy
Practice different styles of meditation: seated guided meditations, breathing exercises, chant/sing Mantras, move our body intuitively and freely
Have journaling sessions and sharing

By the end of this Meditation Retreat, you will…
Feel more grounded, relaxed, and connected to yourself –say goodbye to auto-pilot mode)

YOUR HOST:
Cynthia Redhead, MS, RYT-500
Hi <3 I am a meditation and mindfulness teacher and mentor. My mission is to support women to cultivate awareness, manage stress, and develop emotional intelligence through meditation and mindful practices. I support my students and clients to reconnect with themselves and live wholeheartedly, practicing presence and sacredness.
I study and teach different meditation traditions and styles, primarily I follow the Buddhist tradition and chant my heart away with Bhakti Yoga.
My favorite thing in the entire world is to celebrate life, looking at the Pacific Ocean, while drinking coffee.

FAQ:
Q: I have never meditated, but I am curious and need some self-care. Is this retreat for me?
A: Absolutely! You do not need any meditation experience to attend. Just an open heart and mind.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Bring a journal, pen, meditation cushion and/or thick blankets if you wish to sit on the floor. And your favorite snacks!
Q: How many people will be on the retreat?
A: This will be an intimate retreat/small group of about 10 women. My intention is for everybody to have space, feel comfortable, and cozy. The venue has a capacity of 25+ people so we will have plenty of room!
Q: How can I prepare myself for this retreat?
A: There is no prep work. However you can share with your family/friends that you will be unavailable for the duration of the retreat. They will hold the fort while you take care of YOU <3
Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear something comfortable: loose pants, leggings, shorts, dresses. Comfort is everything :)
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Due to the prep work involved to provide you an outstanding experience, there are no refunds. However, I understand ‘life happens when you are making plans’. In the event you can’t attend, I will invite you to my Wednesday virtual community classes.
Q: I still have questions, how can I contact you?
A: Please send me an email to: info@cynthiaredhead.com.
